Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. Note Payment made by credit card will be charged in HKD. Fees in equivalent USD are calculated assuming an exchange rate of HKD7.8 to USD1. Actual amount in USD may vary due to exchange rate fluctuation on the day of transaction and other bank charges. |
